Accounts Supervisor (Bookkeeper)

SUMMARY:
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Supervisor / Bookkeeper to join a multi-national Manufacturing company based in Kempton Park.

POSITION INFO:
Successful incumbent will have a completed Bookkeeping / Accounting qualification, coupled with 5 years senior Bookkeeping with staff management and SAP experience essential.  Manage 6 staff in Creditors / Debtors and Inventory.  KPI's include:

Supervise and manage all accounts clerks to ensure transactional integrity (complete, accurate and on-time); 
Collate credit risk management information for reviews in terms of the Credit Management system;
Collaborate closely with Controllers to do financial analysis and maintain reporting quality and efficiency;
Team supervision and development - to lead, guide and development the team in finance and controlling;
SAP transaction management - collect, execute and distribute financial transactions and records within SAP;
Ledger reconciliations - manage and maintain sub-ledgers ie. debtors, creditors, inventory and fixed assets;
Be directly involved with audits, budgets and cashflow planning;
Ensure compliance with company processes and policies standards and advise on any changes or updates; and
Operate with high-level communication and maintain adherence within the approval authority framework.
