Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Clerk who possesses a solid background and a passion for maintaining efficient financial operations.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely collections.

• Process a high volume of invoices and payments with precision.

• Maintain detailed records of all accounts receivable transactions.

• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to resolve account discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

Requirements:

• Matric and a relevant diploma.

• Between 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar accounts receivable role.

• Proven experience within the FMCG sector.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office suite.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ERP systems.

• Knowledge of financial regulations applicable to South Africa.
