POSITION INFO:

A vibrant and growing entertainment company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to become a key member of their dynamic finance team.

As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will play a vital role in the company’s revenue operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and overseeing Route Monitoring Systems, including resolving queries, adjustments, and cash-up discrepancies.
Recording, tracking, and following up on all revenue streams.
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
Preparing and issuing invoices to various sites.
Collecting weekly revenue and handling monthly site commission reconciliations.
Generating weekly revenue collection reports.
Administering monthly government duty payments.
Producing monthly financial statements and reports for Area Managers.
Setting up new sites in the accounting system and maintaining accurate records.
Recording transactions and adjustments using Great Plains accounting software.

Qualifications and Experience:
Matric (Grade 12) completed.
Currently studying toward a finance qualification (advantageous).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
