POSITION INFO:
A fastâmoving organization within the fintech space, based in Sandton, is seeking an Accounts Payable & Cashbook Administrator to join its finance team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate supplier processing, cashbook management, and payment execution within a highâvolume, performanceâdriven environment.

You’ll be part of a team where efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration keep the finance engine running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage cashbook processing and perform regular bank reconciliations
Process EFTs, ad hoc payments, and supplier invoices accurately
Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve any discrepancies
Maintain vendor records and open new supplier accounts
Monitor creditor ageing and clear outstanding balances
Handle internal and external payment queries professionally
Assist with monthâend reporting, reconciliations, and audit support
Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction flow

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field
3–5 years’ experience in accounts payable and cashbook processing
Strong experience with reconciliations and payment processing
Exposure to a highâvolume, fastâpaced environment
Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to stay organised and accurate under pressure
