SUMMARY:
I am on the hunt for an experienced Accounts payable clerk who can handle high volumes in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be fully equipped in doing the full creditors function.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This job will include, but not limited to the following:
Verifying invoices
Processing Creditors payments
Day to day processing of accounts payable transactions
Vendor reconciliations
Preparing paperwork/backup documents for payment run
Resolving vendor queries
Maintain a current and accurate filing system for the creditors function
Accurately capture company credit card transactions

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a high-volume environment
FMCG or Retail industry experience (advantageous)
Ability to handle High volumes and Fast paced environment
Excellent written and verbal skills

Qualification:
Matric
Financial qualification
