Accounts Payable Assistant

You will be assisting our Accounts Payable Manager with processing accounts and payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Performing daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
• Preparing invoices and bank deposits
• Capturing of credit notes and invoices
• Reconciliation of various accounts
• Maintenance of the filing system
• Monthly supplier reports
• Performing various finance related tasks that may be required by the Head of Finance
• Ad Hoc admin duties as required

Experience and skills:

• Accounting/bookkeeping qualification or relevant experience
• Admin experience
• Knowledge of Sage Evolution would be an advantage
• Sound knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides
