POSITION INFO:

Introduction

Alpha is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Property Accounts Administrator to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure bank statements are accurate, reconciled, and any discrepancies are promptly identified and resolved.
Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cashbook entries, and journal postings.
Handle rent payments, deposits, and other financial matters related to property management with proficiency.
Utilise property management software and accounting systems effectively.
Possess experience within the property management or real estate sector.
Maintain accurate supplier and customer accounts, ensuring credit terms are adhered to.
Monitor cash expenditure in line with budgetary constraints and available cash flow.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including tax legislation.
Respond promptly and professionally to email and general enquiries.
Assist with audit queries as required.
Liaise effectively with all relevant stakeholders.
Carry out general administrative and ad hoc tasks to support the team.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

Availability to work UK hours (05:00–14:00 or 06:00–15:00, Monday to Friday).
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Demonstrable experience within the property industry.
