Our Client in the Petrochemical industry is in need of an Organized, Energetic, and Bubbly Professional to join their team in the Sandton Area

POSITION INFO:

Key Requirements:

Qualifications in Finance, Accounting or Business Management.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration, bookkeeping, and tender coordination.
Computer Literacy/ AI tools: QuickBooks, Tender Portals, MS Office Suite and Social Media Platforms.
Basic recruitment skills will be advantageous

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations, correspondence, and record keeping.
Manage invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking using QuickBooks.
Prepare and submit tender documents accurately and on time via Tender Portals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements (Fuel License, SARS, CIPC).
Coordinate office logistics and staff schedules to maintain workflow efficiency.
Assist with secretarial duties including document preparation, filing, and general office administration.
