Our client is hiring an Accounts Administrator in Pretoria!

POSITION INFO:

Job Title: Accounts Administrator

Seniority Level: Mid Career (4 - 6 yrs exp)

Location: Pretoria (Tshwane)

Type: Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:

Debtors (Accounts Receivable): Generating invoices and handling customer queries

Creditors (Accounts Payable): Processing and allocating supplier invoices

Managing and submitting required debtor finance documentation to bank on a weekly basis

Banking: Processing, allocating, and reconciling bank transactions accurately

Performing general administrative duties as required on a daily basis

Skills Required:

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Ability to manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cashbook functions accurately

Good computer literacy (Windows and Microsoft Excel)

Fluent in Afrikaans and English

Senior Certificate (Matric) with Mathematics

Experience working on an accounting system (e.g. Pastel) will be beneficial
