SUMMARY:
We are looking for someone to join a small finance team, to assist with basic accounting functions as the company is expanding rapidly.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and responsibilities
- Cashbook processing and reconciliation
- Capturing of invoices and creditors’ reconciliation
- Invoicing, sending out debtors statements and following up on payments
- Any ad-hoc accounting duties that may arise

Skills & Qualifications
- Accounting background
- Experience with Microsoft office
- Experience with Pastel (advantageous)
- Relationship building with creditors as well as debtors
