Accounting Clerk

JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Open new files and re-structure contents
Selection and arrangement of archival records
Updating of inventories of records
Link electronic records with identifiers on the inventory
Ability to capture date, operate computer and collate financial statistics

JOB REQUIREMENTS

National Diploma in Financial Management; Matric/ Grade 12 and Computer Literacy Certificate and/ or equivalent qualification
At least 12 months experience in administration or registry environment
Basic knowledge of financial management
Knowledge of document scanning and manual file indexing
