POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description:
This role sits at the centre of a busy, operational finance environment where accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration are key. You will oversee core finance processes, work closely with various business units, and lead a team responsible for delivering consistent financial results.

The position is suited to someone who enjoys improving processes, strengthening controls, and working in a performance-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a finance team across key finance processes
Oversee reporting cycles, including month-end and balance sheet reviews
Drive performance across billing, collections, and working capital
Ensure compliance with financial standards and internal controls
Identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency
Support system enhancements and finance-related projects

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:
BCom in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Experience:
3–5 years’ experience in finance operations or shared services
Exposure to team leadership or supervisory responsibilities
Skills:
Strong understanding of reporting and month-end processes
ERP system exposure advantageous
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
Non-negotiables:
Experience in an operational or shared services environment
Strong reporting and process understanding
Ability to manage and influence a team
