The Role: Account Executive

The role exists to accelerate growth in the B2B sector by expanding the client''s presence among enterprise, SMB, education, and public sector clients. It features a strong emphasis on proactive outbound prospecting to build a robust sales pipeline, followed by full-cycle account ownership as the book of business matures.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role to lead client engagements.

• Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads.

• Grow and maintain existing and new logos.

• Drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell.

• Research target accounts and key stakeholders.

• Develop and execute account growth plans.

• Maintain accurate CRM records.

• Support vertical-based sales campaigns and collaborate with internal teams to ensure service and operational excellence.

About You

• 1-3 years in sales, business development, or a similar role.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to independently lead and manage client engagements.

• Ability to research and personalise outreach.

• Strong organisational skills.

• Growth-oriented, coachable, and motivated by achieving measurable performance targets.

• Experience in outbound prospecting preferred.

• IT Technology or B2B experience is advantageous.
