SUMMARY:
Audit Coordinator - Customer Service Representative vacancy in the Greenstone area.

POSITION INFO:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Internal Processes

Thorough and accurate preparation of documents and records in relation to audit coordination within the prescribed timelines
Coordinate and manage local and international audits three months in advance in accordance with audit cycle
Preparation and distribution of job assignments including any changes to calendars
Liaison and communication with Auditors, clients, scheme offices, addressing all enquiries within 16 working hours
Update and maintain data base on all IT platforms on a daily basis
Electronic maintenance of client files
Travel arrangements including submission of supporting docs for Visa applications on behalf of Auditors
Updating and submission of weekly and monthly forecasts/reports on audit status to management
Prompt preparation and submission of costing sheets and proposals Prompt creation of the invoice
Ensure all outstanding documentation relevant to audit/job is received and processed
Ensure timeous release of audit reports as per SOP''s and COP''s by Auditor via iEnable
Ad hoc office duties as requested by Management
Arranging development path for Auditors to get approved on new programs
Maintaining data base of Auditor capabilities
Responsible for Auditor APSCA memberships and tasks relating to approval
Arranging auditor shadow and witnessing audits
Assist CSR team with any technical related queries

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications and Requirements

Matriculation
Knowledge of management systems is preferable
Minimum of 3 years working experience in audit and certification environment
Minimum of 3 years working experience in the preparation of quotes
Advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
- Must be a South African citizen Drivers license
