Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse internal systems and business processes
• Identify where AI or automation tools can reduce manual input and improve efficiency
• Research and evaluate AI platforms and propose fit-for-purpose solutions
• Assist in designing and implementing automation workflows using low-code or no-code tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and support project rollouts
• Document processes and track performance of implemented solutions
• Stay up to date with emerging AI trends and technologies

• A qualification diploma/degree in Computer Science; Information Systems; Business Analysis; Data Science, or a related discipline
• A keen interest in AI tools, business systems, and process automation
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Tech-savvy, curious, and comfortable exploring new platforms and tools
• Basic understanding of project workflows and business operations

• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or similar
• Any previous experience or academic project involving business analysis, AI, or automation
