Bedfordview Area – Johannesburg: Our client is looking for an Administrator to join the team.
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.
This is a LIVE OUT position

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12
Computer literate
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
General Administration skills
Excellent telephone etiquette
Excellent interpersonal skills

DUTIES
Building and and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients

Scanning and filing of client documents
Receiving and processing client requests and providing feedback to clients
Assisting with repurchases, income amendments, tax certificates and a few other client queries
Sending monthly statements to clients
Administrative tasks such as paperwork, correspondence and keeping detailed records
Assisting with preparing of files for adviser appointments
Keeping up to date with changes in the investment market and the clients' industries
Attending networking events as required
