Position: Full-time

KK Prepaid is seeking a highly organised, capable and proactive Administration & Client Liaison Coordinator to join our team.

We require someone with strong administrative experience who can take ownership of their responsibilities, confidently manage client relationships and ensure that all queries and tasks are followed through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key accounts

• Handling client queries professionally and ensuring they are resolved promptly

• Coordinating with internal departments to obtain information and resolve outstanding matters

• Preparing and maintaining reports, spreadsheets, reconciliations and client records

• Investigating account discrepancies and providing clients with accurate feedback

• Monitoring outstanding tasks and following up until completion

• Ensuring that all documentation and information are accurate and up to date

• Identifying administrative issues and assisting with improving internal processes

• Assisting and guiding junior administrative staff where required

• Managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines

Requirements:

• Three to five years of administration, client liaison, key accounts or customer-service experience

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities

• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Confidence when communicating with clients

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow matters through to completion

• The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities

Experience in property management, utilities, finance or prepaid metering will be advantageous.
