24 Hour Emergency Customer Service Consultant

SUMMARY:
My client a leader in the Commercial Financial Services Sector is looking for a Customer Service Consultant to work in their 24-hour Emergency call centre. The success candidate must have previous experience working in a similar call centre.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always
• A minimum of 2 years working in a 24-hour Emergency call centre
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Communicating with customers through various channels
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints

• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Clean ITC and no criminal record

Qualification:

• Matric
• RE5 and a minimum of 120 FAIS Credits should the candidate be registered with the FSB

Salary: R6 500.00 – R12 000.00 dependent on experience

Working hours: 7am – 4pm, 12pm – 8pm and 8pm – 6am

Please note: Probation 2 months, contract will be terminated should the candidate not meet the standard service levels
