SUMMARY:
Our client is recruiting for a Junior Administrator for a 10-month contract. Position based in Johannesburg Northern suburbs. Contract renewable depending on performance.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key tasks:

Assisting the Recruitment Team to conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions .
Assist in recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, assessments, interviews etc.)
Update Resource tracking sheets.
Assist in maintaining training records.
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures
Controlling correspondence
Designing filing systems
Reviewing and approving supply requisitions
Assigning and monitoring clerical functions
Write and file reports
Respond to the clients' inquiries and concerns
Assist with supplier correspondence
Monitor office inventories
Schedule appointments
Plan travel arrangements, as and when required
Administer and submit all Joiner Leaver Mover (JML) records and process:
JML Tool

Send JML form out to the new resources
Receive and check the JML form.
Capture the form detail on the contractor’s management tool (SAP HR)
Check Automated workflow to approve AD account.
Follow-up communication on the account creation

Prepare for Resource Onboarding:
Onboarding checklist to be managed:

Action the Checklist Items.
Develop the onboarding Plan as per management requirement
Checklist must be completed and managed by the Administrator

Monthly JML update report to Management

Create monthly required reports on key recruitment metrics.
Any other ad hoc tasks that might be assigned to you from time to time by Management.

Knowledge

Experience in entire MS office suite required
General office administration experience essential
Background in HR/ Recruitment related duties beneficial
