POSITION INFO:
OFFICE Admin Assistants needed in Bedfordview

A branded, exclusive wholesale distribution company is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to keep their Office running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to assist their employees with diverse projects and provide general Administrative support.

MATRIC Certificates
Previous Admin Assistant experience is welcome
MUST be able to speak English properly
MUST have Basic Computer Skills (be able to work on a Computer)
Experience with PASTEL
MUST be extremely good with computers
Know how Websites work.
She will also be working a lot with listings and photos for Take A lot
Familiar with the Marketplace and how it works
Schedule and coordinate meetings.
Collate and distribute mail.
Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
Write and edit communications, from letters to reports and instructional documents.
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
WORKING HOURS ARE MONDAY TO SATURDAY. (Saturdays are half-day)
