ZMO 19488 - Volunteer Coordinator (Fixed-Term)

Our client is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator, the role involves coordinating volunteer and student programmes, managing communication and bookings, building strong relationships with participants and maintaining accurate records. Candidates should have experience in volunteer coordination or hospitality, be highly organised, self‑motivated, and hold a valid driver’s license. A passion for animal welfare is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary coordinator for volunteer and student programmes.
• Manage participant communication from initial enquiry and booking through to arrival and completion of the programme.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with volunteers, students, donors, university groups and other programme partners during their time on-site.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of student and volunteer programmes.
• Maintain accurate programme records, participant information and administrative documentation.
