ZMO 19355 - Reservationist (Eastern Cape)

A well established Big 5 game reserve is seeking a dedicated Reservationist to join their team. This role requires strong administrative ability, initiative and accountability, with a focus on delivering seamless end to end bookings and guest service.

Key Responsibilities
• End to end bookings: Manage reservations across direct, OTA and tour operator channels.
• Team supervision: Oversee and support a small reservations team.
• Administration: Handle invoicing, reporting and daily operational tasks with accuracy.
• Reception duties: Assist at reception every 3rd weekend.
• After hours standby: Provide support for urgent guest or booking queries.
• Guest communication: Respond promptly to emails, calls and booking enquiries with professionalism.
• Payment processing: Manage deposits, balances and reconciliations.
• Reporting: Compile occupancy, revenue and booking channel reports.
• System management: Maintain Semper/Nightsbridge systems, rate updates and availability accuracy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with operations, guides and reception to ensure smooth guest experiences.
