Resort Management Couple (Time Share Resort)

POSITION INFO:

Time Share Resort in St Lucia, KZN

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic couple to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibitlies:

Oversee all resort operations including accommodation, housekeeping, maintenance and guest services.
Manage budgets, financial reporting and ensure profitability.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
Coordinate marketing initiatives and guest engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
Build strong relationships with shareholders and guests, ensuring satisfaction and repeat visits.

Minimum of 5–7 years’ proven experience in resort or hospitality management.
Demonstrated success in managing a Share Block Resort with time-specific operations.
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management preferred.
