Our client is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest service in a busy beachfront hotel environment. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organizational skills, team management and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the front office team to deliver outstanding guest service
• Supervise check-in/check-out procedures, reservations and guest relations
• Ensure smooth coordination between front office, housekeeping, and other departments
• Handle guest queries, complaints and special requests professionally
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, and reporting for management review
• Train, mentor, and evaluate front office staff performance
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and hospitality standards
• Manage cash handling, billing and daily reconciliation processes
