Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in food preparation and presentation.
Contribute to menu development with innovative ideas that align with fine dining standards.
Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of precision and teamwork.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety and quality control.
Assist in managing stock, ordering and cost control to optimize kitchen efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting.
Formal culinary qualification preferred.
Strong knowledge of modern culinary techniques and plating aesthetics.

Skills

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining consistency and creativity.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
