ZMO 18012 - General Manager’s Secretary (CPT)

Our client is seeking a GM’s Secretary to join their team, someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, discretion in handling confidential matters and prior experience in hospitality or executive administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks for the General Manager, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for senior management.
• Prepare internal newsletters and external customer communications.
• Process and load customer booking requests accurately on company systems.
• Coordinate staff requirements for inductions, recognition events, training sessions, recruitment activities, farewells and injury-on-duty procedures.
• Assist guests directly and fulfil Duty Manager responsibilities when required.
• Foster a supportive working environment where staff are well-trained, collaborative and competent.
• Establish positive and effective interdepartmental communication, supporting promotions and operational initiatives.
• Work independently or as part of a team to consistently deliver high-quality standards.
