ZMO 17011 - Maintenance Manager

Our client is seeking a hands-on, solutions-driven and seasoned Maintenance Manager to oversee all technical and maintenance functions across the hotel. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with strong technical knowledge and team management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations across all properties
• Manage servicing and upkeep of:
  • Heat pumps
  • Fire systems
  • Generators
  • Solar systems
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and scheduling
• Ensure full compliance with safety, health and operational standards
• Maintain clear communication with management and provide regular updates
