ZMO 16977 - Couple Management (Farm Manager & Assistant F&B Manager) – Game Reserve

A well-established safari lodge in Limpopo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Management Couple to oversee operations across both hospitality and agricultural divisions. This is a hands-on, live-in role suited to a couple with complementary strengths in Food & Beverage Management and Farm Management, ideally within a farm-to-table environment.

Assistant F&B Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily lodge operations including guest experience, housekeeping and front-of-house
• Manage F&B service, stock control and supplier relationships
• Lead and train hospitality staff to maintain high service standards
• Coordinate with kitchen and farm teams to ensure seamless farm-to-table delivery
• Support reservations, hosting and guest relations

Farm Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage livestock and crop production aligned with seasonal lodge needs
• Oversee slaughtering and meat processing (must be comfortable and experienced)
• Maintain farm infrastructure, equipment and irrigation systems
• Implement sustainable farming practices and ensure compliance with health standards
• Collaborate with kitchen and lodge teams to meet supply demands
