Job Description

Our client is looking for a talented and driven Marketing Creative to join their team ideally, a professional who is eager to transition into an established and growing creative business. They are looking for someone ready to kick-start their Marketing department and grow with the company, bringing fresh ideas, energy and long-term commitment to building a strong brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms
Website marketing and management
Digital advertising and analytics (Google Ads, social media, etc.)
Social media strategy and execution
Support in campaign development and execution
Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and websites
Conduct market research to identify trends and target audiences
Manage brand consistency across all channels
Track and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
Support the development of marketing strategies and promotional plans

Qualifications

Digital Marketing or Marketing Qualifications
2-3 years experience in this role or similar

Skills

Own laptop and reliable vehicle are essential requirements – NON NEGOTIABLE
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to build their personal and professional brand
Creative thinker with excellent storytelling and visual communication skills
Strong understanding of digital platforms and marketing trends
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eager to contribute to a growing business and take ownership of projects
Basic understanding of SEO and performance marketing is advantageous
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
AI driven individual that can bring AI skills into our various business interest
