POSITION INFO:

My client is looking for a dynamic, organised and energetic Youth Sports Tour Consultant to join their travel division.

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong inbound/outbound tourism experience and a genuine passion for working with schools, universities and sports clubs. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and can manage tours from quoting to travel execution, this role could be the right fit for you.

What you’ll be doing:
Designing, quoting, booking and managing youth sports/leisure tours
Coordinating inbound and outbound journeys for schools, universities and clubs
Preparing costings, proposals, itineraries, vouchers, rooming lists and recons
Managing client communication and delivering excellent service throughout the journey
Building strong supplier relationships and negotiating the best rates
Supporting product development with fresh ideas relevant to client demand
Handling complaints professionally and resolving issues quickly
Working closely with internal teams (operations, sales and marketing)
Travelling with youth groups when required

Requirements
Matric
Travel & Tourism qualification
3–5 years’ experience in the Tourism Industry (Inbound & Outbound)
Previous school/youth environment knowledge (MUST)
Tourplan experience (ESSENTIAL)
Amadeus ticketing experience (Intermediate)
Zoho experience advantageous
