Special Instructions:

• Previous OEM, HEME or yellow capital equipment sales experience essential
• Mining, construction, earthmoving, plant hire or agricultural equipment exposure advantageous
• Strong business development and client relationship skills required 

An opportunity for an experienced Yellow Plant & Equipment - Sales Specialist is required for permanent employment based in Mpumalanga (Highlighlands Meander).

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and secure new business opportunities construction, mining, earthworks, roads, construction, agriculture, farming, water engineering and plant hire sectors
• Promote and sell capital equipment solutions to commercial clients
• Conduct customer visits, site assessments and equipment demonstrations
• Prepare quotations, tenders and commercial proposals
• Build long-term customer relationships and key account structures
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close sales opportunities
• Monitor competitor activity and market developments
• Coordinate equipment handovers and customer support activities
• Work closely with service and parts departments to maximize customer retention 

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Min 3–5 years'' sales experience within plant, capital equipment, construction, mining or yellow industrial sectors
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Proven sales track record
• CRM and sales reporting experience
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Valid driver''s licence
• Self-driven and target orientated
• Traceable & contactable references
• Local residency or relocation required
