Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise and motivate workshop staff
• Coordinate with different departments to meet production targets
• All maintenance and repairs on trucks and heavy machinery
• Implement health and safety procedures
• Inspect equipment and ensure maintenance schedules are followed
• Resolve any technical issues efficiently

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Trade qualification in Diesel Mechanic or related field
• Experience with trucks and heavy machinery
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and quality-driven mindset
