POSITION INFO:

Are you passionate about motorcycles and skilled in workshop management? We’re looking for a hands-on Workshop Manager in Bloemfontein to oversee the daily operations of our clients' motorcycle workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all workshop operations
Service, maintain, and repair motorcycles
Supervise workshop staff and ensure efficient workflow
Manage stock levels and order parts as needed
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Maintain excellent customer service standards
Complete administrative duties using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Requirements:

Valid motorcycle driver’s licence (essential)
3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar workshop management or senior technician role
Proficient in English and Afrikaans (both written and spoken)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Friendly, professional, and punctual
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Remuneration and Benefits:

R15,000 gross per month plus medical aid
