Workshop Manager

• Matric or Certificate
• 3-5 years’ experience in similar role
• Related tertiary qualification advantageous

Duties:

• Manage the workshop in accordance with the monthly targets set, ensuring that services and products meet quality standards and are available to satisfy customer demand in a cost-effective manner
• Facilitate a high-quality service and maintenance process within the workshop in an environment characterised by superior people relationships and cost-effective solutions
• Maintain an infrastructure, policies and procedures relating to employee health, safety, and environmental legislation
