• Plan and schedule machinery/equipment maintenance
• Inspect, test, and ensure cost-effective repairs
• Order spares and manage inventory
• Respond to product and pricing inquiries
• Manage workshop profitability and service marketing
• Uphold SHEQ standards and lead a diverse team
• Drive digital transformation and process improvement

• National Diploma (Sales & Marketing)
• 4 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of mechanised agriculture (New Holland preferred)
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Sound judgment & problem-solving skills
• Strong customer focus & communication
• Ability to optimize operations and lead a team
