Workshop Foreman

Motivate team and ensure correct loading of workshop hours

Establish and agree to labour sales and profit targets, and manage profitability

Monitor productivity reports and maintain efficiency analysis

Assist staff with problems and facilitate on the job training

Warranty work done in accordance with standard policies

Improve customer service index percentages and provide accurate quotations

Ensure proper testing of vehicles after work completion

Pre-cost and invoice jobs before customer collection

Liaise with Parts Department for parts availability

Maintain tools in good condition and comply with OHS

Transfer skills and achieve learning outcomes

Skills Required: Trade Tested Motor Mechanic/Petrol Mechanic/Qualified Auto Electrician, 5+ years post trade experience, Certified in diagnostics equipment, Previous supervisory experience beneficial, Valid code 08 license - essential
