SUMMARY:
Workshop Administrator-Jetpark

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

• Check customer account status
• Compiling quotes where required
• Open jobs relative to customer requirements
• Identify and order parts relative to jobs; ex-stock, national and international back-orders. (returning un-used parts)
• Create Purchase Orders for workshop jobs
• Ensure jobs are correctly costed on completion.
• Job invoicing, invoice posting
• Closing jobs on a daily basis
• Technical staff time-keeping control / overtime
• Time Sheet / Job card administration
• Handle all administration in regards to purchase orders for workshop and parts department
• Customer / Supplier relations
• Ensure that all work in progress are no more than one month
• Other, as required by Service Manager from time to time

Required Skills:

• Computer literate.MS Excel, Word, AccPac 
• Ability to make quick and concise decisions
• Good communication skills
• Strong admin skills
• Work (job) planning abilities
• Must be able to perform under pressure
• Parts processing (identifying, orders, returns)
