SUMMARY:
Workshop Administrator – Fire Suppression - Rustenburg
POSITION INFO:
Job purpose: Workshop administration, job cards, stock control administration, reception and telephone services, processing workshop administration (invoices, orders, delivery notes), liaison with couriers, serving clients and customers, assisting Technicians with office and workshop services
Adhere to all administrative processes to ensure that the business objectives are met.
Confirming timesheets and ensuring that all labour hours are captured on Sage.
Closing service jobs once completed and invoice in accordance with customer orders and quotations.
Run weekly Sage report on open jobs and close when completed
Minimum requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Computer literate – particularly in Sage
- Experienced in Service Administration in a Mechanical Workshop environment
- Good customer relations skills
- Interpersonal skills to work with customers and suppliers and to work as part of the team.
- The ability to plan and prioritise work in accordance with business requirements.
