Wholesale Sales Administrator (Paarden Eiland, Cape Town)

SUMMARY:
National wholesale group are seeking an experienced Wholesale Sales Administrator for their Paarden Eiland branch in Cape Town.  Two years + experience in internal sales working within the retail or wholesale industries + have experience working on an ERP System (SAP, Syspro, Kerridge, Accpac etc) and be proficient in Excel.

POSITION INFO:
KEY RESPONSIBILES

1. Ensure all wholesale orders are attended to on a daily basis
2. Go through outstanding PROs and follow up with customers
3. Batching of invoices
4. Liaise with the warehouse team daily regarding outstanding picks
5. Reconciling of purchase orders and GRNs
6. Liaise with transporters regarding cost and deliveries
7. Ensure customers are advised of new stock ranges and promotions
8. Provide general sales support to customers and agents
9. On weekends and whenever required, assist on the sales floor with retail sales.
10. Perform any other task as requested by management

1. Grade 12
2. Two years + experience in internal sales
3. Experience working in the wholesale/distribution industry
4. Strong communication skills (be able to speak English & Afrikaans)
5. Strong administration skills
6. Good planning skills
7. Experience working on an ERP system (K8/SAP/Syspro/Pastel)
8. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
9. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08h00 to 17h00/ Alternate weekends (every 2nd weekend): Saturday 08h00 to 15h00 & Sunday 09h00 to 14h00
