Wholesale Marketing Manager - Isando

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12
• 5 - 9 years’ experience within a marketing environment
• Foreign Nationals with valid work permits will be considered 
• Valid Driver’s License
• Portuguese speaking – advantageous but not essential
• Candidate will be required to travel locally and possibly cross border

CRITICAL OUTPUTS

• Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
• Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Overseeing the company’s marketing budget
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns and social media campaigns
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Preparing online and print marketing campaigns
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
• Creating a wide range of different marketing materials
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed
• of marketing objectives
• Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
• Social media management (Facebook, Whatsapp)
• Catalogue and marketing collateral design
• All required print media design
• Videos for Facebook/WhatsApp
• Increasing social media traffic and appealing to target audiences
• Create designs that are creative and dynamic for websites, print media,
• product design, displays and productions

MINIMUM SKILLS

• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Confident and dynamic personality
• Self-motivated and able to work as a member of the team
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Strong creative outlook and positive attitude
• Technical understanding of Social Network design and functionality
• Able to work under pressure
• Computer proficiency (MS Office) essential
• Adobe Creative Suite -InDesign-Illustrator-Photoshop etc
• Advanced knowledge of Social Media Sites
• Ability to plan and prioritise work activities
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
• Creativity and graphic design skills
• Be able to produce original ideas
