🔧 What You’ll Need:
✅ National Senior Certificate or NQF 4 equivalent
✅ SAGMA or GMF Accredited Qualification
✅ 3+ years’ experience as a Wheat Miller
✅ Comprehensive grain experience
✅ Valid RSA driver’s license & own transport
✅ Willingness to work shifts
✅ Ability to monitor & maintain milling equipment
✅ Expertise in controlling milling processes to meet quality standards
✅ Routine maintenance experience for machine reliability
✅ Strong background in training, mentoring & supervising teams
