Wedding Coordinator

SUMMARY:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of weddings and related events to ensure seamless planning, exceptional service, and unforgettable experiences for every couple. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and venue staff - from the initial concept to the final farewell.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• 1–2 years’ experience in event or wedding coordination
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure
• Must reside in or near Groot Brak Rivier or be willing to relocate immediately
• Immediate availability preferred

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget
• Coordinate all wedding elements, including décor, catering, logistics, and entertainment
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venue teams to ensure smooth execution
• Develop and manage event timelines and schedules
• Oversee on-the-day coordination and handle last-minute adjustments professionally
• Uphold the venue’s quality, service, and brand standards
• Deliver an exceptional, stress-free experience for every client
