β¨ Key Responsibilities:

Assist with all administrative aspects of wedding planning & coordination

Communicate with suppliers & vendors
β
Attend & assist on wedding days
β
Maintain accurate records of wedding details & contracts
β
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the process
β
Supervise in-house wedding team (preferred)

Excellent communication & people skills

Availability to work weekends & flexible hours
