To deliver exceptional support to a Wealth Manager, effectively managing deadline-driven tasks, with client-centricity and professionalism.
Note: This role is office based in the Southern Suburbs, Cape Town

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and collate new client onboarding documentation
• Oversee the management and updating of client CRM profile
• Liaise with external and internal providers on client specific queries
• Resolve and manage admin related queries or issues with clients directly
• Manage preparation of client review packs
• Apply basic knowledge of the FAIS General Code of Conduct in daily work
• Draft and/or check Record of Advice and Replacement disclosure forms
• Ensure CDD on all clients based on their risk profile according to FICA and company RMCP
• Ensure a basic level of product knowledge by keeping up to date with products
• Compile proposal documents based on the Wealth Manager instruction
• Compile a financial needs analysis and retirement needs analysis based on Wealth Manager guidelines

• Commerce or financial degree (advantageous)
• 3-5 years experience in the financial planning environment assisting Family Officers and/or Wealth Managers and/or Financial Advisors
• CFP designation (advantageous)
• RE5 (advantageous)
• Experience in and solid understanding of the financial planning environment, FAIS (CAT II advantageous), and FICA
• MS Office Suite
• XPlan (advantageous)
• Ability to prioritise, organise and plan around large amounts of information
• High attention to detail
• Keen interest in Fintech systems
