Wealth Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Process new business for new and existing clients.
• Implement client investment and insurance instructions in consultation with the Advisor.
• Submit relevant documentation to service providers and obtain implementation confirmations.
• Communicate implementation updates and confirmations to clients.
• Gather and analyse investment values, fund performance statistics, and relevant client information.
• Prepare, compile, and coordinate client review documentation and proposals.
• Facilitate payments on behalf of clients through corporate saver accounts.
• Schedule meetings and manage advisor diaries.
• Record client interactions and maintain accurate client records.
• Update and maintain client databases in accordance with company policies.
• Perform beneficiary risk ratings and screenings.
• Assist with wealth management projects and ad hoc initiatives.
• Proactively manage workflow and ensure all client instructions are executed efficiently and accurately. 

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Matric (essential).
• 2-3 years' experience within the investment or financial services industry.
• Previous administrative experience within financial services is essential.
• Strong working knowledge of investment products and financial service provider processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English.
• Ability to navigate and utilise service provider platforms and online systems effectively.
• Excellent organisational and administrative capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
