Wealth Advisor Assistant

SUMMARY:
Are you detail-oriented with excellent client service skills? We’re looking for a dedicated Wealth Advisor Assistant to support our client in delivering seamless onboarding and client service within the financial industry.

POSITION INFO:
Location: Cape Town, Northern Suburbs
Employment Type: Full-Time (on-site) 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of new client onboarding, including documentation and follow-up
• Act as a liaison between clients, Wealth Managers, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate client records and facilitate timely communication with providers
• Process payments, open/close accounts, and assist with administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance and quality standards are met

• Grade 12 / NQF4 qualification
• 2+ years relevant experience in financial services
• Proficient in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Preferred: BCom Investment Management/Finance qualification, RE5 certification

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and professionalism
