What you will be doing:

• Manage the full client onboarding & FICA verification process
• Generate provider quotes, investment proposals, and risk proposals
• Handle end‑to‑end case management:
  • Prepare internal and provider documentation
  • Upload signed documents to internal CRM/platforms
  • Implement transactions for both new and existing clients
• Maintain high‑quality record keeping and ensure full compliance on all cases
• Draft and send client and provider correspondence
• Process servicing transactions, including:
  • Switches and fund selections
  • Risk servicing
  • Debit order amendments
  • Withdrawals and additional contributions
• Resolve ad‑hoc client queries (beneficiary changes, personal detail updates)
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (Wealth Managers, Compliance, Managers) and external parties (clients, providers, broker consultants)

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years' paraplanning or case‑preparation experience
• Strong understanding of Record of Advice, Financial Needs Analysis & regulatory compliance
• Solid financial services product knowledge
• Matric + RE5
• Computer literacy and excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines in a high‑pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and client‑centric mindset
• High resilience, professionalism, and proactive problem‑solving capabilities
• 5+ years' experience in case preparation
• Exposure to Elite system (advantageous)
• Wealth Management qualification (NQF 5/6, 120 credits) or CFP advantageous
