SUMMARY:
Are you passionate about finance and numbers. Our client in the Financial Services industry is looking for a Financial Wealth Administrator to join their team in Umhlanga.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric 
• 3-5 years experience in the wealth management space 
• Knowledge in working on Blueprint, spotlight FNA and Record of advice. Discovery World Stanlib VIC, Ninety One Online, Allan Gray Online, atWork, Firestorm,Momentum VIA
• Completion of policy applications
• Arranging appointments for clients to have medicals done
• Sending underwriting,
• Servicing changes to existing policies
• Liaising with other insurance companies on client’s behalf.
• Claims-risk, pension, investment
• Wording letters for clients.
• Managing of emails to clients and other insurance companies; working on online systems to make policy changes
• Online instructions and generating quotes and/or investment proposals
• Diary management
• Online investment
• Capturing information, including fund comparisons and FICA compliance.
• Investment management, generating statements, additional investments, portfolio switching and redemptions
