Are you a good all rounder in Admin and Office Management in the Wealth / Financial Services space.  My client in the CBD is looking for an Administrator to support their successful team. What you will be doing: 

• Provide administrative and client support across domestic and international relationships
• Manage calendars, emails, meetings, and internal coordination for Directors
• Prepare and format documents, agreements, and client correspondence
• Create valuations, investment summaries, proposals, and reports
• Coordinate local and international courier logistics
• Assist with client onboarding, KYC, and documentation
• Support compliance, record-keeping, and quality control
• Act as point of contact for routine client queries (with oversight)

What we are looking for: 

• Exceptional written and verbal English skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive problem solver with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage changing priorities and work under pressure
• Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive client information
• Prior experience in administrative or support roles (preferably in financial services or wealth management)
