SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

Manage the daily warehouse operations, focusing on receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of goods, while also handling stock control, inventory accuracy and maintaining a safe, organized environment, often using computer systems for tracking. Fulfillment of orders, stock rotation, cleaning and using equipment, requiring strong attention to detail.

• Ability to adhere to health and safety regulations
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

Duties:

• Manage deliveries, checking against manifests, inspecting for damage and processing incoming stock. Preparing outgoing orders by picking, packing and labeling items securely.
• Organizing stock, conducting cycle counts, updating records and managing stock levels
• Picking items for customer orders verifying accuracy packaging securely and preparing for shipment
• Keeping the facility clean, organized and safe, including clearing aisles and ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Manage paperwork like waybills, invoices and packing slips and updating warehouse and systems
